4-hour shifts, flexible scheduling
Answer calls from people seeking help with alcohol problems and provide immediate support and information.

Central Service Office Support
Regular shifts during business hours
Assist with daily operations at the Richmond office including answering phones, processing orders, and helping visitors.

12th Step Calls
On-call basis, usually evenings/weekends
Respond to requests from people wanting to speak with an AA member about their drinking problem.

Speaking at Treatment Centers
Scheduled presentations, usually 1-2 hours

Central Service Office Volunteer Tasks
Our Richmond office is the hub of AA Victoria. Help keep operations running smoothly while serving the recovery community.
Reception Duties
Answer incoming calls, provide meeting information, and direct callers to appropriate resources.
Literature Orders
Process book and pamphlet orders, manage inventory, and assist with mail-out services.
Visitor Assistance
Welcome visitors to the office, provide meeting lists, and help newcomers find meetings.
Administrative Support
Data entry, filing, updating meeting information, and supporting office operations.
Meeting Support
Help set up for delegate meetings, workshops, and special events at the office.
Correspondence
Process mail, send meeting updates to groups, and maintain communication with members.
